In these pages “Gift & Meet”, “we” and “us” mean Gift&Meet LLC. Gift & Meet is a trading name of that company.
2 · What this site is
This site presents the Gift & Meet mobile application and links to the stores where it is distributed. It does not sell anything and does not create an account. Everything the service actually does happens inside the application, under the Terms and Conditions.
3 · Intellectual property
The name Gift & Meet, the GM monogram, the wording, the photographs and the design of this site and of the application belong to Gift&Meet LLC or are used under licence. You may read, print and quote these pages for your own use. Reproducing them to offer a similar service, or using the name or the monogram in a way that suggests a connection that does not exist, is not permitted.
Content that members upload stays theirs. What they grant us is described in section 9 of the Terms and Conditions.
4 · Links
This site links to the Apple App Store and to Google Play. Those are run by other companies under their own terms, and we do not control what they show or how they behave.
5 · Applicable law
This notice is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. If you use Gift & Meet as a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Spain or the United Arab Emirates, nothing here removes the protections that the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you — see section 16 of the Terms and Conditions.
6 · Reaching a person
For anything legal, and to exercise your rights over your personal data, write to legal@giftandmeet.com — the Privacy Policy explains what you can ask for. For anything else, hello@giftandmeet.com. Members also have a support thread inside the application, which is the fastest route.

2 · Qué es este sitio
Este sitio presenta la aplicación móvil Gift & Meet y enlaza a las tiendas donde se distribuye. No vende nada y no crea ninguna cuenta. Todo lo que el servicio hace de verdad ocurre dentro de la aplicación, bajo los Términos y Condiciones.
3 · Propiedad intelectual
El nombre Gift & Meet, el monograma GM, los textos, las fotografías y el diseño de este sitio y de la aplicación pertenecen a Gift&Meet LLC o se usan con licencia. Puedes leer, imprimir y citar estas páginas para tu propio uso. Reproducirlas para ofrecer un servicio parecido, o usar el nombre o el monograma de una forma que sugiera una relación que no existe, no está permitido.
Lo que suben los miembros sigue siendo suyo. Lo que nos ceden está descrito en el apartado 9 de los Términos y Condiciones.
4 · Enlaces
Este sitio enlaza a la App Store de Apple y a Google Play. Las gestionan otras empresas con sus propias condiciones, y no controlamos lo que muestran ni cómo se comportan.
5 · Ley aplicable
Este aviso se rige por las leyes del Estado de Colorado, Estados Unidos. Si usas Gift & Meet como consumidor residente en la Unión Europea, el Reino Unido, España o los Emiratos Árabes Unidos, nada de lo que dice aquí te quita las protecciones que te da la ley imperativa de tu país de residencia — está en el apartado 16 de los Términos y Condiciones.
